Feasibility Studies & Conceptual Engineering

Feasibility study is the first step in every industrial project.

Our team's vast knowledge and experience will ensure the project starts on the right foot. We can facilitate the design process and provide ideas for structural solutions from the beginning of the project.

As part of the Conceptual Engineering stage, we can produce preliminary models/drawings, bill of materials and cost estimate.

Site Supervision & Project Management

We have worked as project managers in diverse kind of projects worldwide, in site or as a remote office. We understand that communication with the client is critical. This on-going task will reflect directly on the success of the project.

Deadlines and milestone dates are an important part of our deliverables. Regular meetings and/or reports will be arranged in early stages of the project to comply with agreed schedules.

Accurately assigning tasks to engineers and designers, keeping track of all time spent as well as monitoring adherence to given guidelines are pivotal to our success.

Building Assessments

Assessment of the structural condition of a building/structure is necessary for different reasons. It can be a new equipment, a renovation, and a change of use or a concern due to a new construction. We visit the facility and produce reports with the status and recommendations to keep the structure in working order.
